Alamance Community College is located in Graham but also has campuses in Durham, Chapel Hill, Pittsboro, Sanford, Charlotte, Winston-Salem and Danville.

Distance Education Program in Alamance Community College was designed to provide quality instruction through electronic technologies to students in order to reduce the barriers of time and place. Courses assure the same standards and quality as classroom courses.
Continuing Education division has more than 200 noncredit online courses available per month. Those are six-week courses on a wide range of professional and personal interests such as genealogy, writing, use of a palm or digital camera, Microsoft Word and more.
