Anoka Ramsey Community College has campuses in Coon Rapids and Cambridge and is member of the Minnesota State College and Universities System. This is a college leader in education and training in the north of Minneapolis /St. Paul and East Central Minnesota.
The college has over 9,000 learners of all ages, associate degrees that transfer as the first two years of a bachelor?s degree or certificate programs, as well as study programs for working adults.

The Associate Degree of the Nursing Program has the mission to educate students to care for the health of the patients, family and the community. The associate degree nurse practices health promotion, disease prevention, disease and disability management using nursing skills, values and experience.
The Registered Nursing Program is approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing and accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission.
The study programs is designed to be completed in two academic years. However, the college offers options to complete the nursing degree, for example, the two-year RN sequence, which means four semester and LPN-RN sequence that is three semesters with additional time.
