Black Hawk College is a comprehensive community college that serves over 11,000 college and credit students in two campuses with excellent facilities, Quad-Cities in Moline Illinois and the East Campus near Kewanee, Illinois.

This college offers credit degree and certificate programs to prepare students careers or transfer to a four-year school.
Nursing, Allied Health and Health and Physical Education offer study programs in health careers, such as Associate of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, Certificates in Emergency Medical Services, Nursing Assistant and Practical Nursing.
In cooperation with Trinity School of Radiology, Black Hawk offers Associate of Applied Science in Radiology Technology. With the Illinois Central College, it offers the Associate degree of Applied Science in Respiratory Therapy. This college also has available curricula offered through Scott Community College in Dental Assisting.
The Associate Degree Nursing Program was designed to prepare nurses to give quality nursing care to clients and function as members of the health care team. Once this program is completed, students can take the Registered Nurse License examination to be able to work in hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies, clinics and community agencies.
Black Hawk College has different services available to students such as child care, transcript request, libraries, bookstore, online learning center and college clubs.
