Health Care (ASHC)The average length of time for a student taking a full course load is 4 semesters. A minimum of 65 semester credit hours is required for graduation.

REQUIRED COURSES* *A minimum of 42 semester credit hours is required from the required courses in one or more of the following health care diploma programs of study offered in this catalog: Dental Assisting, Medical Assisting, Medical Billing and Insurance Coding, Medical Office Administration, or Therapeutic Massage. All the requirements of one of the health care diploma programs must be completed to fulfill degree requirements. If the health care diploma programs used for the degree contains fewer than 42 semester credit hours in its required courses, the deficit can be filled with technical courses from any other program or from the list of general education elective courses.
