Albuquerque Technical Vocational Institute (TVI) is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and has forty years training people from New Mexico in technical careers.
The main campus is located in central Albuquerque. The college has three more campuses, one is the Montoya Campus in the northeast of Albuquerque, another is the South Valley Campus, south of Albuquerque and the TVI Westside Campus in the Northwest.

Students have the option to choose from a variety of six studies divisions: Applied Technologies, Business and Information Technology, Communications, Humanities and Social Science; Health, Wellness and Public Safe; Educational and Career Advancement and Mathematics, Science and Engineering.
In the Health, Wellness and Public Safety Division, there are many areas of study such as Health Information Technology AAS Degree, Health Unit Coordinator Certificate, Medical Coding Certificate, Medical Laboratory Technician AS Degree, Nursing AS Degree, Nursing Assistance Certificate, Nursing Home/Home Health Attendant Skill Set and Preoperative Nursing Skill Set.
In the same division also are study programs in Pharmacy, Radiology Technology AS Degree, Registered Nurse Refresher Skill Set, Respiratory Therapy AS Degree and Surgical Technology Certificate.
TVI also offers classes for high school-aged students and older adults. For those in high school, the college offers the opportunity to earn credits to be applied a TVI certificate or transfer to other colleges. For the older adults, TVI Emeritus Academy offers short course, seminaries and workshop in Humanities, Art, Communications, Computers, Health and Fitness and General Interest topics.
Students in TVI can enjoy the computer labs, libraries, tutoring, special services, instructional media resources, assessment centers and counseling.
