Carolinas College of Health Sciences is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. This institution arose due to the necessity of creating a School of Nursing that the Carolinas HealthCare System (at that time The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority (CMHA) detected.
As noticed, this College is exclusively focused on health. Students may find: an Introduction to Healthcare Program, which is a 26-hour course; Community Training Center ? Life Support Courses, which operates in coordination with Carolina Healthcare System Community Training Center (CTC); Medical Technology, a certificate program that lasts 12-months; an AAS in Nursing and Radiology Technology; 125 and 200-hour programs leading to a certificate in Nurse Aide I and Phlebotomy given by the School of Clinical Laboratory Sciences.
