While most schools teach many different subjects, Central Florida Institute specializes exclusively in Dental Assistant, Medical Assistant/Basic X-ray, Noninvasive Cardiovascular Technician, Diagnostic Cardiovascular Technology, Invasive Cardiovascular Technologist - Cath Lab Tech, and Surgical Technologist.. Depending on your program, your studies focus on the essential training and skills that most employers look for in entry-level or advanced-level employees.
Job Placement: One significant benefit of working in the medical and dental fields is the flexibility they offer in the choice of work locations and environments. Our instructors and administrative staff will also assist you in creating an appropriate resume and will make active job leads available. Many students find employment at the externship sites where they are placed.

Admissions: Fill out an application to meet with an Admissions Advisor. Complete Personal Meeting-We want to talk to you about your academic and career goals. We want to learn more about you, as well as answer any of your questions. Take a Tour of our Campus- We'd like to show you what our school has to offer. We're confident that you'll be impressed with our facilities. Complete the Enrollment Application- After all of your questions have been answered, you simply need to complete the application paperwork. Provide Social Security Card and Current Drivers License or Valid Picture ID. Provide a high school transcript or diploma or a GED within 15-days of class start. Pay a $50 registration fee Complete the Financial Aid Application As an accredited school, there are many financial aid options available for those who qualify. We will assist you throughout the entire financial aid process. Complete a general physical and TB test prior to class start (included in tuition) You will be informed of your acceptance status shortly after all of the required information is received and your qualifications are reviewed. Drug Free School- You will be working in the medical and dental fields when you graduate; therefore, you must affirm that you are drug free and agree to drug testing during your training.
