Dover Business College prepares students to succeed for professional careers in the following programs: Clifton and Dover, offer courses in Licensed Practical Nurse, Medical Assistant, Medical Insurance Coding, Patient Care Surgical Processing Technician, and Surgical Technologist training, to enter today's diverse global world by integrating general education, professional competencies, ethical practices, and career-focused education. Financial Aid: Financing an education begins with proper planning. Therefore, all applicants are scheduled to meet with a Financial Aid Associate to develop a personalized plan to meet their educational expenses.
How to Apply: Each year, aid applicants must submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This application may be submitted in person to the Financial Aid Office or online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. The Financial Aid Office may request additional documentation to support a student’s request for financial assistance, including signed copies of federal income tax returns. The student’s financial aid package cannot be finalized until the Financial Aid Office has received all requested documentation.
Students are required to reapply each year by the announced deadline. Financial aid will be awarded to each student based upon need.
Dover Business College aid will be awarded by the Financial Aid Director according to institutional guidelines for each aid program.
Career Services: Dover Business College believes that getting a job is just as important as completing a rigorous academic program, which is why the College maintains a Career Services Department staffed with qualified professionals who provide career counseling to both students and graduates
All students complete Professional Career Development, a course that focuses on developing resumés, cover letters, thank-you notes, and personal references. This class also focuses on the importance of researching companies when exploring career opportunities, the impact of body language, and being prepared for the most common interview questions. Additionally, phone etiquette, professional attire, and interactive role playing are included.

The Surgical Technologist program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) upon the recommendation of the Accreditation Review Committee on Education in Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (ARC/STSA).
Approved by: New Jersey Department of Education and the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development Campuses are approved by the New Jersey Department of Education and the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development to operate as private vocational schools.
United States Department of Education Participation in the Title IV, HEA student financial assistance programs is authorized by the United States Department of Education.
United States Department of Veteran Affairs Individual programs are approved for the training of veterans and their eligible dependents and for rehabilitative training of physically disabled students.
